Return Window:
You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Final sale items

• Underwear or swimwear

• Gift cards

Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@haerrot.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item was defective or incorrect.
